This session is for you if you are weighing up two or more defined career options, or have a preferred option you want to examine properly before deciding.
We’ll look at what is drawing you towards each option, the trade offs involved, any assumptions that need questioning, practical considerations, and what information may still be missing.
The aim is to help you reach a well considered decision where possible, or leave with a clear understanding of what you still need to resolve before you can decide.
You’ll complete a short questionnaire beforehand so I can understand the situation in advance and we can use the session well.
This session is not designed to help you explore a completely new career direction from scratch. If your situation is broader than one focused decision, I’ll let you know if another form of support is likely to be more appropriate.

- This session can be booked as a standalone session or as the first step in a longer coaching process.
- Sessions are held online. If the available times don’t work, email me and we’ll see what’s possible.
- You can reschedule once with at least 48 working hours’ notice. Please see the coaching agreement for full rescheduling and cancellation terms.
