Why now
Pluto, the modern ruler of Scorpio, has stood almost still on 3 degrees of Aquarius since October 7. It turns direct on October 15, eight days before Scorpio season opens. Venus is retrograde until November 13, and on October 20 she squares Pluto on those same 3 degrees. Then the season opens on October 23, and the Full Moon on October 26 lands on 3 degrees of Taurus, square Pluto again.
We meet the day before that Full Moon. Then again on the eve of the Scorpio New Moon, five days before Venus turns direct.
The teaching underneath it
Scorpio has two rulers. Mars, the old ruler, ends it. Pluto, the modern ruler, makes sure it stays ended.
And Scorpio has three forms. The scorpion stings itself rather than lose. The eagle rises above and sees the whole pattern. The phoenix burns and comes back as someone new. This season you choose which one you are, in your body first.
What happens in the calls
Call 1, the Full Moon eve: the embodiment of Scorpio in you. A live somatic reset for the pelvis, the belly and the jaw, where holding on lives. Then we find the house where Scorpio sits in your chart. Everyone has one, even with no planets in Scorpio: a part of your life that already moves at Scorpio’s frequency. We set an intention on the Full Moon for what ends there and stays ended.
Call 2, the New Moon eve: the rulers. We work in depth with Mars and Pluto in your own chart: where you know how to end things, and where you are learning to let them stay ended. Then the live Venus debrief: what the retrograde re-weighed, read in your chart days before she turns direct, and one small practice seeded for the rest of the season.
