How does it work day to day?
You send questions on leadership and operating decisions as they arise. I respond during business hours, Monday through Friday, generally within one business day. After your kickoff, advisory is asynchronous.

At your Advisory Kickoff, we confirm the channel that works best for you and your leaders.
What happens at the Advisory Kickoff?
It is one 50-minute session in your first month. We review where your leaders are today and set your first Monthly Leadership Focus. Please book it in your client portal within 30 days of enrolling.
Are there recurring live sessions?
No. The kickoff is the live session. Advisory runs asynchronously after that. If you need live sessions or a workshop for your team, happy to that to the agreement.
What does it cost?
Leadership Advisory starts at $2,000 per month. The fee is based on the size of your business and the scope of advisory support. It is billed monthly.
Is there a minimum, and how do I cancel?
The minimum is one month. After that, advisory continues month to month. You can end it with written notice at least seven days before your next billing date. Fees already paid are non-refundable.
