Shattering Ceilings

High-quality coaching shouldn’t be reserved for the corner office. Shattering Ceilings is a six-session, choose-your-price coaching engagement for women in business, at any stage, in any industry, at any level. You choose the fee, anywhere from $120 to $1,200, based on what feels right for you.

You also choose the focus. You might be at a career crossroads, leading through change, building confidence in a new role, or simply trying to work out what comes next. Whatever it is, these sessions give you dedicated time and space with a trusted, confidential partner. My role is to help you think clearly, lower the barriers in your path, and get out of your own way. The work starts from within, and where it goes is up to you.

Generations of women have cracked, chipped, and shattered the ceilings that once limited their careers and their lives. I’m deeply grateful for every one of them, and I know the work isn’t finished. In many parts of the world, women are still starting from much farther behind.

In early 2027, ExecuQuest begins the first of many quests of our own: expanding access to education and financial independence for women around the world. We’re starting in Nepal. Many women there were unable to finish school when they were young, and as adults they return to community-run classes to finish what they started. For many of them, learning English is what stands between them and work that offers real financial independence. We’ll spend two weeks near Kathmandu working alongside these programs and the women in them.

The fee you choose for Shattering Ceilings supports this work, in Nepal and in the projects that follow. When you invest in yourself, you’re also investing in a woman halfway around the world who is doing the very same thing.
