Look Beyond the Behaviour: From Frustration & Misunderstanding to Clarity & Confident Support
A free online masterclass for adults, parents, carers, friends & family members
Behaviour is often the part we see, but it may not reveal the overwhelm, effort, emotion or executive-function difficulty underneath.
A child may be described as difficult or defiant. An adult may be seen as disorganised, unreliable, too sensitive or not trying hard enough.
But what might change if we paused and asked:
“What might this behaviour be communicating—and what support, clarity or boundary might help?”
In this live online masterclass, we will explore:
- what behaviour may be communicating at different ages;
- what might be happening beneath the visible behaviour;
- how executive functioning and emotional regulation can affect everyday life;
- why apparently straightforward tasks and strategies can be difficult to carry through; and
- practical ways to respond with greater understanding, clarity and confidence.
