The qualities you rely on most, like being responsible, independent, and capable, have helped you build the life you have. They can also start running the show, and over time they can cost you rest, connection, and enjoyment of the life you’ve worked so hard to create.
This two-part series looks at those patterns and at what you want to choose next.
The Cost of Being Capable · Wednesday, December 16
We’ll look at the strengths you’ve come to rely on, how they’ve shaped who you are, and why choosing differently can feel so uncomfortable. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of one familiar pattern and a specific place to practice responding differently.
A Year of Choosing · Wednesday, January 6
This is a different approach to the new year. We’ll reflect on the qualities and values you want to cultivate in 2027 and how they can show up in everyday choices. You’ll leave with one choice you can make now to start.
Each workshop runs twice, at 11:30am CT and 6pm CT. Both sessions cover the same material. When you register, you’ll receive invitations to all four sessions. Keep the ones that fit your schedule.
These workshops are included inside The Village, our membership community for SMBCs and women on the path. If you decide to join The Village by January 20, your $27 workshop enrollment may be applied toward your first membership payment.
Already a Village member? These workshops are included in your membership, so there’s no need to register here.
