A one-to-one coaching session gives you space to pause, talk things through and explore what's really going on, away from the demands and distractions of everyday life.
Who is this for?
This session might be helpful if you're:
- Feeling overwhelmed or struggling to balance your own needs with everyone else's.
- Facing a decision or change and unsure which direction to take.
- Caught in patterns of overthinking, self-doubt or putting yourself last.
- Finding it difficult to set boundaries or prioritise what matters to you.
- Looking for greater clarity, confidence or a fresh perspective.
What we'll explore
We'll spend the hour focusing on what's happening for you and what you'd like to be different.
I'll listen, ask thoughtful questions and help you explore your thoughts, feelings and options from a different perspective.
Depending on what comes up, we might look at patterns that are keeping you stuck, explore what really matters to you or identify some small, manageable steps forward.
There's no fixed agenda. The session is shaped around you and what you need on the day.
Ready to make some space for yourself?
A little about my approach
I have a Master's in Mindfulness-Based Approaches from Bangor University, alongside training in coaching, trauma-informed practice and neurodiversity.
My coaching combines mindfulness-based awareness with practical reflection, helping you better understand your thoughts, habits and responses without judgement.
You don't need any experience of mindfulness or meditation. We'll work in a way that feels comfortable and useful for you.
One session, or something more?
You can book a single session without committing to anything further.
Sometimes one conversation is enough to help you see things differently or find a way forward. Other times, you might want some ongoing support.
If you'd like to continue, we can arrange further individual sessions or explore one of my structured coaching programmes, The Reset or The Slow Unfold.
There's no pressure either way.
I look forward to meeting you.
