The Reset
4 × 60-minute one-to-one sessions | £495 | Online via Zoom
When was the last time you had some space for yourself?
Perhaps you've been running on empty for a while. You're managing work, family and everyday responsibilities, but finding it increasingly difficult to switch off.
You might feel mentally overloaded, emotionally drained or simply exhausted by the effort of keeping everything going.
You know you need to slow down, but even that can feel like another thing to add to your list.
The Reset offers a different place to begin.
Drawing on established Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) practices, we'll explore how you experience stress, recognise your habitual responses and develop ways of meeting everyday challenges with greater awareness and steadiness.
Over four weeks, you'll have the space and support to pause, reconnect with yourself and begin making changes that feel realistic and sustainable.
Who is The Reset for?
The Reset is a one-to-one mindfulness programme for women who are feeling overwhelmed, depleted or disconnected from themselves.
It may be right for you if you're:
- Feeling mentally overloaded or emotionally exhausted.
- Finding it difficult to relax, even when you have time to yourself.
- Constantly thinking ahead, worrying or struggling to switch off.
- Putting everyone else's needs before your own.
- Feeling disconnected from yourself or unsure what you need.
- Wanting to feel calmer, more present and better able to manage everyday stress.
What we'll explore over four weeks
Each session combines guided mindfulness practice, discussion and personal reflection. You'll also have practices to explore between our meetings, helping you gradually bring mindfulness into everyday life.
Week 1 — Arriving & Noticing
We'll begin by exploring how things are for you right now and how stress is showing up in your everyday life.
Through grounding and body scan practices, you'll begin developing awareness of your thoughts, emotions and physical sensations, noticing how often we move through life on autopilot.
Week 2 — Understanding Stress & Your Responses
We'll look at how the mind and body respond to stress, including the automatic patterns that can leave us feeling overwhelmed or stuck.
Using breath awareness and other mindfulness practices, you'll begin exploring how to pause, recognise your reactions and respond with greater awareness.
Week 3 — Finding Steadiness
We'll explore gentle mindful movement, responding rather than reacting, and recognising your own needs and limits.
Week 4 — Carrying It Forward
Together, we'll look at how you can continue using mindfulness in your daily life, developing a realistic personal practice that fits around your circumstances.
What's included?
Four private, 60-minute sessions
We'll meet once a week via Zoom. Each session offers a combination of guided mindfulness practice, discussion and reflection, tailored to your needs and experience.
A library of guided mindfulness practices
You'll receive access to audio practices including body scan, breath awareness, mindful movement and visualisation, so you can continue exploring mindfulness between sessions and beyond the programme.
Your personal Reset workbook
A companion workbook with reflection prompts and gentle exercises to help you explore what you're noticing and record your experiences throughout the four weeks.
Weekly check-ins
You'll have an opportunity to check in with me between sessions, share how your practice is going and ask questions as you develop your understanding.
Individual support
Although The Reset follows a four-week structure, this is your programme.
We'll adapt the practices and conversations to suit your needs, preferences and circumstances.
What might you gain?
The Reset offers an opportunity to:
- Understand more about how stress affects your mind and body.
- Recognise habitual patterns of thinking and reacting.
- Learn practical mindfulness techniques you can use in everyday life.
- Become more aware of your needs and recognise when you're pushing yourself too hard.
- Develop a kinder, less judgemental relationship with yourself.
- Find moments of calm and breathing space, even when life is busy.
- Begin building a mindfulness practice you can continue independently.
There's no expectation that everything will be different after four weeks.
Often, meaningful change begins with noticing things we hadn't noticed before.
A little about my approach
I have a Master's in Mindfulness-Based Approaches from Bangor University, alongside training in coaching, trauma-informed practice and neurodiversity.
My work draws on the principles and practices of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn and supported by decades of research.
I bring together mindfulness teaching, reflection and coaching in a way that's warm, practical and grounded in everyday life.
You won't be expected to meditate perfectly or force yourself to feel calm.
Mindfulness is about learning to notice your experience with curiosity and less judgement, whatever happens to be present.
A few words from one of my clients
“When I started working with Linda, I felt exhausted and didn't know where to begin, but I knew something needed to change. Now I feel like myself again.”
