WITH:IN - Your Breath & Meditation Journey 

(for Beginners & Advanced Practitioners) 

With:In was initially a 4-week journey streamed live, it is now pre-recorded and can be done at your own pace. We combine meditation and breath practices to take you deeply within yourself and explore different techniques: from activating, "mind-blowing" and transformative ones, to grounding, balancing and relaxing ones. In every session we explore a different theme with a supporting technique, from finding relaxation, cultivating balance or connecting to ourselves.
All practices are designed to help you release stuck energy in your body, mind and heart, and to uncover your inner wisdom and clarity. And most of all: Each practice re.connects you deeply to your Self, and supports you to cultivate the inner peace and courage to live your life true to your Self. Because this is what the world truly needs right now.

Suggested Flow:
You will receive a playlist with the recommended order of the meditations. You can adapt this to your liking and rewatch the videos as often as you like.

  • The 8-week Journey: 1 practice per week + The „Nidra“ meditation as You like
  • The 1-month Journey: 2 practices per week + The „Nidra“ meditation as You like
  • The 9-Day „intense“ Journey: 1 practice per day 
  • The „take what you need“ Journey: practices as they support you - recommended for experienced practitioners or after completing the program
