Starting with a 90-minute Intensive session (followed swiftly by a 45 minute follow-up) , we partner up to work through your challenges as a leader, helping you regain the solid ground under your feet so you can lead with grounded, genuine confidence each and every day.

After the Kick-off Intensive, we work together for 5 months, with 2 x 45 minute sessions per month to keep momentum  and see meaningful change and real impact, and we can keep talking between sessions.

Point is, I'll be in your corner, supporting you with everything I've got as you move through this challenging period.

Up-front payment for:
- the 90 minute Kick-off Intensive executive coaching session
- one 45 minute 1-to-1 coaching sessions in our first month of coaching
- 2 x 45 minute coaching sessions for month 2

Then:
- 4 monthly payments for the remaining ten 1-to-1 coaching sessions (2 per month)
