You’ve noticed that anxiety is stopping you from doing the things you used to love doing.
That stress is stopping you from having and creating joyful moments with your family.
That overwhelm is stopping you from being the intentional and present caregiver that you dreamed you’d be.
You’re burned out mama, and it’s no wonder.
You’ve been pouring from an empty cup for so long that you forgot what was in there to begin with.
I totally get it - because I've been right there with you. When I realized that my postpartum anxiety was stopping me from enjoying this new life of ours, I knew I had to take action. I couldn't spend one more day crying on the couch, fake smile plastered on my face - “It’s just baby blues, don’t worry about me. I just need to eat/sleep/get rid of this debilitating fear that someone is going to steal my baby when I’m in the shower.”
But when you’re in this state of fear, you cannot see the beauty and joy that’s right in front of you. You lose sight of who you are because you’re trying to hold on to who you used to be, or laser-focused on who you think you “should be”.
And in order to be the intentional and present parent you dreamed of being, you need to feel safe, confident, and at ease. You need a cheerleader to shine a light so you can see the path in front of you.
Let's connect and build your empowered path to feeling like your best self again!
