Not quite. This is more of a heart-to-heart than a formal session. While I may share insights or reflections, the focus is on connection, clarity, and alignment.
What should I prepare or have with me?
Just yourself and a quiet space. You’re welcome to have a notebook, water, or a few reflections on why you’re seeking support now.
Who are these calls best for?
Conscious seekers, empaths, creatives, healers, or high achievers navigating a transition, craving clarity, or curious about energy healing and coaching.
What happens after the call?
If it feels aligned, I’ll share a few personalized recommendations—this may include 1:1 coaching, Reiki, a course, or next steps for your journey. If it’s not the right time or fit, that’s okay too.
Is there a fee?
Discovery Calls are complimentary. If you’re looking for a deep-dive assessment, I also offer a 30-minute Holistic Life Audit as a separate paid service.
Do I need to commit to anything?
Nope. This is an invitation, not an obligation. If we both feel inspired to work together, great! If not, I’ll still cheer you on from afar.
