In this coaching program, you'll learn to:
  • Interrupt the procrastination/perfectionism cycle
  • Manage big emotions and maintain a sense of calm in stressful moments
  • Understand the ins and outs of ADHD and how to manage it
  • Learn and apply strategies to stay on task and maintain attention
  • Learn strategies to overcome procrastination
  • To start (and complete!) tasks in a reasonable timeframe
  • Develop time management systems to combat overwhelm
  • Get organized (and maintain it!)
This package includes
  • 12 x 60 min appointments (or 24 x 30 min)
  • 1-2 personalized meetings per week based on needs
  • Unlimited accountability and support in between sessions
  • Weekly office hour drop ins for Q&A
  • Private Facebook group for community support and body doubling opportunities (beta)
