During our conversation, you’ll have space to share your story, ask questions, and talk through the challenges or goals that matter most to you. Whether you’re seeking support for your health, relationships, life transitions, stress, or spiritual growth, our time together is designed to help you gain clarity and direction.

You’ll also experience my coaching style—compassionate, faith-based, and personalized to your unique circumstances. My role isn’t to tell you what to do, but to walk alongside you as you discern wise next steps and move toward the life God is inviting you to live.
