1 Month Package
A one month commitment to your fitness without need to commit to several months, and without the cancellation fees. 
Includes: 
Weekly check-ins, set by you. Each check in will be 50 minutes long where we can discuss your progress, what changes you'd like to make, and just overall communicate more thoroughly about your plan.
Free fitness consultation: not included in the weekly check-ins, this is a discussion of your overall health and fitness and where you'd like to improve, and where I see you have need to improve.
Personalized monthly fitness plan: after the consultation, I will personalize a plan for you to complete on your own time at the gym or at home, or wherever you're able to complete a work out. These are mostly self-paced, but have a loose schedule (on a week-to-week basis) to ensure you are making progress. 
Suggested nutrition goals: my suggestions on what you should be eating to ensure you make progress without disrupting your health; I consider any dietary needs beyond general needs.
Regular communication: whether you need some motivation to complete a workout or just want to vent about your progress, I'll be here to support you.
Wellness advice: since your health encompasses your whole being, I can provide advice to help support your mental and emotional wellbeing as well. 
Health journaling prompts: in order to support your overall wellness, I'll provide prompts and templates for health journaling. We can review these each week to see your progress, what works, and what doesn't.
