Positive Psychology works its magic using a person's strengths. Client will need to complete lifework (introduction to the science of well-being) and two well-being assessments prior to the beginning of the 6 sessions. Each week will focus on one of the 6 pillars of Pos Psych : PERMAH (Positive Emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Accomplishment and Health). Expect a boost in well-being, which is measured at the start and finish of the 6 weeks. Harness the power of your strengths, identify values, assess mindset and set goals.
