This six-week 'prepare to launch' coaching experience will guide you on your path towards not only FEELING empowered, but BEING empowered to be as prepared as possible for the future and accomplishing your career goals.  While career counselors are well-intentioned, they are often bogged down with test preparation and academic requirements that they don't have the time and necessary resources to serve the unique needs of young adults who are transitioning from high school or university into the work force. 

This course/support group,  will explore one's unique attributes, identify strengths and values  learning how to use these as leverage for motivation to achieve goals and  learn how to overcome roadblocks and obstacles along the way. Each person will leave with a PTI (Plan Towards Independence) which utilizes the necessary tools to help gain deeper insight into one's self and move forward in life with intention and purpose.
