Month 1: Boost Self-Confidence and Self-Awareness
In the first month, you will complete 3 powerful exercises that boost self-confidence and self-awareness. What makes you truly happy? What qualities do you admire in others that you could
develop for yourself? And what unique qualities do you value MOST about yourself?
Month 2: Go Deeper and Create a Positive Outlook
In the second month, we will explore what really matters to you by looking at your values, considering what you have to be grateful for and re-evaluating how you feel about your day, and exploring personal symbols or dreams to look for deeper meanings.
Month 3: Where Might You Sabotage Yourself ?
In this final month we will review what you have learned about yourself and explore ways where you might sabotage yourself by taking a closer, deeper look at your inner critic or gremlin!
