  • Message / voice memo support between sessions (responses w/i 48 hours, M-F)
  • Setting & achieving weekly micro-actions & next steps
  • Tailored coaching tools & journal prompts 
  • Milestone celebration at end
  • 3 & 6 month post-intensive check-ins
