In this 60 minute call we will discuss your current challenges and determine where it would be the most valuable to have clarity or resolution, then we work feverishly toward that goal!

This is not a "discovery call" or sales call in disguise, this is real life coaching and you'll walk away with a real result, not a coaching package you don't need or can't afford right now.

Why am I offering this?

There are two reasons why I am offering pro bono coaching in 2021.

Firstly, I know there are many people out there who are struggling with moving forward in their business and could benefit from the help of a coach. They want to see progress, as we all do, but for whatever reason it isn't happening they way they want or at the speed they would like. This is especially prevalent in light of the decimating effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. While conferring with a coach might be a natural choice for many who have experienced the power of coaching, just as many others have yet to see the immense value it can have. I want to provide a risk free opportunity for those business owners to work out their Next Step with the assistance of a certified coach, because when small business prospers, we all prosper.

Secondly, having consistent paying clients, I had not considered pro bono coaching over the last several years. However, as I work toward gaining a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) I learned that up to 50 of the required 500 hours of coaching experience may be unpaid. Stretched across a full year, this amounts to just 1 hour per week, and would allow me to have a greater impact on the community at large while still servicing my existing clients. It seems like a win-win to me!

Conditions

I can only offer one Next Step session per week. If no sessions are available it means they have already been booked but keep checking back as new weeks are loaded automatically. 

By booking a session, you agree to attend the session and participate fully. This is in your interest! No shows will be invoiced at the normal hourly rate ($250AUD + gst). By booking a session you agree to these terms. Please think twice before booking if you think you may need to cancel. 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or postponements. Only one Next Step session can be booked by any one individual, if you have booked more than one time your subsequent session/s will be cancelled.

Know that in the lead up to your session there may be some anxiety about what to expect or how it will go. This is totally normal, and also something we can discuss in the session. Don't cancel on account of this! You can let your fear of being judged go, that is not what coaching is about. Wherever you are on your journey, we can work through it together and you can feel confident that this will be a safe place to learn and explore.
