- 1 x 90 min appointment - this is where we explore your goals, wishes and hopes that will help me to create your custom program
- Individual plan created for you, specific to your needs, with achievable goals
- 6 x 75 min appointments - Bi-weekly virtual coaching sessions via zoom
- Support in-between sessions by email
- Customized materials and resources to support your healing journey
