E-coaching: Sorrel tweed plan

 The sorrel life strives to ensure coaching is accessible for all by offering a diverse range of services and tools. In this crafted offering, we utilize coaching to provide a flexible and affordable way to set your goals, increase your awareness, all while achieving incredible growth and outcomes.  Client may utilize email or attach an audio file 6 times per month, interval may be spaced at clients discretion within the month.  Responses are within 48-72hrs and may also be provided as an audio file or email where indicated based on my discretion. E-coaching allows for the ability to review continually records of our interaction which is a big advantage over one to one coaching. Also perfect for people that are less comfortable with being on camera or just too busy to fit in yet another zoom call into their busy schedule.
Examples of issues tackled using  E-coaching includes.
1) Goal setting around fitness, weight loss and health.
strengthening intuition, communication, connection, mindfulness skills
2) Boundary setting in relationship or work areas
3) Initiation or consult questions on starting a creative process....writing that book, starting a podcast, starting a creative business.
4) Goals or questions on increasing success and confidence during interviews, career latticing or mobility as well as leadership.
5) Marital, business, platonic and romantic relationship dynamics, concerns e.t.c
