Life coaching is for anyone who is looking to grow in an area or certain areas of their life. A coach helps people get unstuck, build confidence, move through transitions, fulfill their vision and God’s purpose for their life, and take practical steps toward their goals.
How does it work? Everything is completely confidential. I do use Zoom for discovery calls and regular sessions but you certainly do not have to meet with me on video. You can call in if you like or keep your video off and I will too. If you think your connection will not support a Zoom call - no worries. We can chat by phone or WhatsApp. The choice is up to you.
A
discovery call is needed to work with me. This call allows us to have a conversation during which we can explore whether coaching would benefit you. It also allows you to ask any questions you may have.
Even if we never coach together, you'll have much more clarity after a discovery call. Please rest assured, there is zero pressure to continue with me. It is more important to find out if coaching is the right fit for you and that you genuinely believe it would be helpful.
What if I am new to sobriety or looking to reduce or eliminate alcohol consumption for health reasons - will you work with me?
Absolutely! I work with clients who are sober curious, want to take a break from alcohol, or want to abstain from alcohol for ANY reason - and clients who do not want to coach on alcohol but want Catholic life coaching for other reasons as well. A discovery call will help determine if I am the right coach for you. If I'm not - I will refer you to another coach who might be.

I am a practicing Catholic and I definitely lean into my faith when I am coaching – if you are a Christian and that doesn’t bother you – then we may be able to work well together. If not, I can refer you to another coach who may be a better fit.
