Healing the Sister Wound
Our first playshop is dedicated to uncovering, nurturing, and healing the wounds we have collected in our relationships with other women. Whether from childhood or from a more recent experience, we may have felt hurt, abandoned, or betrayed by other women. It can be a painful experience to love and trust women in our lives if we haven't addressed these wounds or the social conditioning that comes with being a woman.
We will excavate these wounds and work with somatic exercises to help alchemize the hurt with more love.

We will co-create a connected container where vulnerability is accepted and celebrated. When you allow yourself to be seen and held in your pain, big transformation can occur.
This is an opportunity to drop comparison and judgement and leave feeling full of love for your fellow sisters.
Bring: Something for the collective altar that represents transformation to you. Either who you have become or who you are becoming. This will stay up for the duration of the playshop and your object will return home with you.

Turning Your Heart On
Our second playshop is all about the heart and will begin with a cacao ceremony. Cacao is the medicine of the heart. It interacts both with our physical heart (cardiovascular system) to stimulate more oxygen and blood flow; as well as the emotional heart creating the sweetest conditions for self love and connection to flourish in our collective space.
We will do a powerful breathwork practice focused on our heart and the wisdom it has to share with you. Breathwork allows us to tap into our primal brain which gives us the opportunity to feel our way through an experience as opposed to thinking our way through it.
Since our breasts are in close proximity and in deep relationship with our heart, we will also focus loving attention here.
These practices and more will set the space for you to tap into the mysteries of your heart, cultivate more self love, deepen connection with your sisters, and leave with your Heart On!
**please note that there will not be nudity or sexual contact with other participants.

Honoring Your Pleasure Vessel -- SOLD OUT
The third playshop is dedicated to healing and connecting to your sexuality. We will work with different aspects of self to discover the wounds and shame we carry in relation to your sexuality and genitals. We will do a potent breathwork exercise to tap into your portal of pleasure, release shame, awaken sensation and sound, and cultivate honor and trust in your pu$sy. This will be an opportunity to liberate yourself and come into harmony with your sexuality. Doing this work in a room filled with other women and GNC (gender non-conforming) beings magnifies the potential for big transformation.
In addition to breathwork, this playshop will include a rage ritual, interpersonal exercises, and dance.
Bring: Something for the collective altar that represents sexiness/aliveness to you. Either something that currently represents being sexy/alive or something that invites you towards your sexiness/aliveness. Mats and blankets are limited so consider bringing your own.

Reclaiming Your Magic -- SOLD OUT
Our fourth and final playshop is devoted to reclaiming our magic and using it to get what we want in life. We will celebrate each other in a cacao ceremony and move into an initiation ritual to guide us into our power. With our own Initiatress by our side we will do a collective sex magic process. Using Earth and Lunar energies as well as our own pleasurable sensations, we will awaken our bodies to support us in manifesting what we want to create in this world. Though this practice will involve our own sexual energy and sensations, it will be done with clothes on. I will encourage sounding and movement and liberating your own sensations but this is not a sexually explicit practice. No nudity or explicit sexual touch will occur.
We will also have a juicy conversation surrounding the female anatomy of pleasure. This is an opportunity to learn what you were never taught about your vulvas and to use that wisdom to remember the capacity we all have to experience pleasure. May it empower you to remember who you are, what you are capable of, and how to use your sexual energy for good!

Please Note:
- This page is for signing up for all 4 playshops. If you only plan to attend one, please sign up for that date on the shop page here: www.heartoncoaching.love
- It is encouraged to attend all 4 playshops as they build off of each other...meaning one clears the way for the next and they culminate in an 'advanced' practice. Though you can join at any time, you may find yourself more prepared for the 4th workshop after having gone through the other 3. However, each playshop is unique and valuable on its own.
- This is for women or non-binary folx with a pu$sy/yoni/vagina/etc. These playshops are designed with the fem in mind meaning we are dealing with breasts, pu$sies, and wounds that develop specifically through growing up female. I will offer workshops in the future for all gender expressions.
- Advanced registration is required and will close the day before each playshop. I am limiting the group size to 20 to maintain an intimate container. This also helps me to know how much cacao to prepare.

- If Bubs (the facilitator) falls ill and cannot make a session, the session will be rescheduled. If you cannot make the rescheduled date, a refund will be given.
