Hi,
I'm Misty Hughes and I'm so glad you are exploring how coaching might help you LIVE, LEAD, AND LOVE from a place of abundance.

As your coach, I will ask challenging questions to deepen your learning. I will give you my full attention, and you will discover a safe space to explore options, set realistic boundaries and achieve the outcomes you desire. You will gain confidence to move forward into greater clarity and effectiveness
                                                                                                                                          
I will be a reflective listener, hearing not only your words, but listening to your heart. You will be  encouraged and challenged to live out of your strengths and values.  I show up  honestly and authentically and invite you to do the same. I will be direct and objective about things you may be holding back. 
 
Succeeding in this process requires a commitment of your time, energy, and financial resources. You will complete most of your work between our scheduled coaching sessions. 

During the DISCOVERY (first 6 sessions) phase of the coaching relationship, clients will
  1. Walk through a comprehensive Values Assessment to DISCOVER core values. 
  2. Take the GALLUP STRENGTHS 2.0 Assessment to DISCOVER natural talent themes. (additional cost to client) 
  3. Gain clarity, language, and understanding regarding the personal values and innate talents.
  4. Learn to live more fully and freely from the true self.
  5. Be challenged to refine natural talents. 
  6. Find freedom from people-pleasing, overwhelm, and frustration.
  7. Achieve a more fulfilled life.
