Sian has worked with hundreds of startups over her career and especially the last 7 years though her company CoStartuop & Go.. During that time consultation was needed for some startups to set them up with the right foundations from the start. A clear idea of what needs to happen in what order and how this can be done.

WHY DO WE NEED  MAPPING OR PLANNING?

There are many many areas a startup needs to consider and work on for success and often in the early stages or when scaling it can be hard to know what is a priority both strategically and also practically if resources are lean or there is experience or understanding of this missing.

This session will help to align what needs to happen when, in what order and most importantly a clear understanding of how this could be done practically based on the current and future resources available, 

From starting a business to scaling to preparing for funding or even just for yourself and planning out your own growth or even personal brand development. There are so many applications to smart planning and forward thinking.

1. PRE SESSION: We get set up before the session with pre session questions & relevant info 
(1 hour)

2. MAPPING SESSION:  The main session is working live through these and bringing out what needs to happen when 
(3 hours)

3. FOLLOW UP CALL: Your plan of action is then pulled together and a follow up call takes place to talk it through with you
(30 mins)

4. YOUR PLANIS GOOD TO GO: And provided to you in a form that suits you best.
(1 hour)
