~ All-Out-Mindset Programme:
- Initial consultation: During this session, we will discuss your goals and challenges, and develop a personalised plan to help you achieve your desired mindset.
- Mindset assessments: We will use various assessments to help you identify and understand your current mindset, as well as any limiting beliefs or negative thought patterns that may be holding you back.
- Coaching sessions: We will communicate regularly (e.g. weekly or biweekly) for one-on-one coaching sessions to work on shifting your mindset and implementing new, empowering beliefs and behaviours.
- Homework assignments: Between coaching sessions, you will have the opportunity to complete exercises and activities designed to reinforce the concepts and skills learned during our sessions.
- Email support: You will have access to email support in between coaching sessions to ask any questions or share any challenges or successes you experience.
- Final consultation: During our final session, we will review your progress and celebrate your achievements. We will also discuss any ongoing support or resources you may need to maintain your new mindset.
