KEIRESY Profile and Report of your choice.  

One 60-minute virtual or in-person* coaching session to review your KEIRSEY temperament report, gain an understanding of your Core and Developed parts of your Personality, and review your short-term goals and long-term desired outcome.    

Three 60-minute virtual or in-person* coaching sessions integrating the strengths of your CORE and Developed Personality with your short-term goals and long-term desired outcomes.  This will be accomplished by reviewing your intelligent roles, talent, leadership traits, and identify the best ways to for you to be motivated and be appreciated.  

Four additional 60-minute virtual or in-person* coaching sessions enhancing your Self-Awareness of your own temperament, and Social-Awareness of other peoples’ temperaments.  This focuses on going deeper in understanding your temperament strengths as well as how to lead and influence the people with whom you interact based on their intelligent roles, talent, leadership traits, your motivation and appreciation patterns.

*Initially, all coaching sessions are scheduled for virtual sessions but can be changed to in-person sessions.  In-person rates vary with location as they might have additional travel expenses.  Speak with your coach to confirm in-person rates.
