Spark ADHD Coaching & Consulting
ADHD Consultation
Note: Consultations are short term and solution-focused as opposed to coaching which supports longer term strategy use and behavior change. For example, if a family is seeking a plan of action after a child's diagnosis or if an adult was needing some help creating an ADHD care team or self-advocating at work, consulting might be more appropriate. If a teen or adult was aiming to be more consistent with being on time for work, staying organized, following through on plans, or learning to better manage their other ADHD symptoms, coaching would be a better option.

“ Connecting with Meg has been such a beneficial experience. As an adult who was diagnosed later in life, she has helped me to find resources, connected me with a wonderful medical provider, and generally supported me on my journey. I owe her a huge debt of gratitude. I now feel that I am getting the support and help that I need to achieve my goals. ”

“ Meg is a caring and compassionate professional. She offers constructive advice and suggestions from a place of both personal experience and decades of professional work. We had gone from therapist to specialist, looking for support for my children with ADHD. We mostly got the same old tips you can find anywhere on the internet. Meg came from a place of nonjudgement, with a flexible, solution-oriented approach, which was so refreshing. She continues to support our family, both through group and individual support. I highly recommend Meg to any family who is looking for answers or support around ADHD. ”

“ I achieved my academic and personal goals and I no longer believe that I can not do something because of my learning challenges. Now I am planning and scheduling events and my life around the planner and writing things down which I never did before. I've learned to keep going even when I feel like giving up and to plan fun activities in between things I don't want to do as a way to stay motivated. I now know I can focus on achieving my goals if I use the tools I learned during coaching sessions with Meg. ”

“ Meg is knowledgable, skilled, and responsive. She respects children as they are, while considering how best to help them succeed. If you've dealt with a child with behavioral issues, it's a relief to have her non-judgmental and compassionate support, and a judicious prescription for action. ”
