A complimentary virtual meet and greet where you can check in with Jody, ask questions and see if SELF Uncovery coaching may be right for you. No obligations or expectations, just informal conversation in a safe, welcoming manner via phone, Zoom or Skype.
You will have the opportunity to share a virtual cup of tea, water or coffee and discuss any issues you may be facing and determine if Jody has the resources you are looking for to work through them. This session is free and there is no obligation to book any further appointments, unless you feel it is right for you. Jody will offer her services only if she feels you are interested and want to dive deeper into uncovering your authentic SELF. She will gladly refer you to other practitioners or services, if she feels there is a better fit for you elsewhere. This session is about YOU. Her goal is to make sure you leave with something actionable you can take to move forward with.
