  • Evaluate and refine existing frameworks and systems supporting your leadership approach

What you will need to commit to in order to ensure success:
  • Remain open to challenging current beliefs and assumptions
  • Identify thoughts and feelings driving actions and behaviors
  • Come prepared to each session with a specific goal or outcome in mind
  • Commit to actionable steps and be accountable for follow-through
  • Respect time commitments by arriving punctually and maintaining focus during sessions
This package includes
9 sessions, composed of:
  • 1 x 90m to define your overarching goal for our work together and create your vision of leadership
  • 8 x 60m goal-oriented sessions

Package Options:
  • Recorded sessions so that you can focus and engage, rather than taking notes
  • 60m sessions split into 30m sessions
  • 360° feedback from your chosen group of team members, board members, investors, etc.  This can be with specific focus (eg communication) or general performance feedback
