Over the course of 3 months, we will:
- Define the type of impactful leader you want to become, develop a plan to achieve your vision
- Bring awareness and understanding to your personality, attitudes and behaviors
- Pinpoint the areas that you want to evolve and improve
- Identify and work to overcome internal and external blocks hindering your leadership vision
- Evaluate and refine existing frameworks and systems supporting your leadership approach

- Cultivate courage and confidence while managing imposter syndrome
- Identify and mitigate stressors and fears impacting your leadership effectiveness
- Enhance communication skills to foster effective dialogue and understanding
- Manage burnout by prioritizing self-care and well-being
- Improve decision-making processes to achieve better outcomes
What you will need to commit to in order to ensure success:
- Remain open to challenging current beliefs and assumptions
- Identify thoughts and feelings driving actions and behaviors
- Come prepared to each session with a specific goal or outcome in mind
- Commit to actionable steps and be accountable for follow-through
- Respect time commitments by arriving punctually and maintaining focus during sessions
