If you’re capable and experienced, but unsure how well your current work still fits who you are now, this session offers a calm, structured way to think things through.
The Ideal Career Starter Session is a one-to-one coaching session designed to help you clarify what’s working, what isn’t, and what should guide your next steps.
It’s not about deciding on a new role or making a big change.
It’s about understanding the patterns in your work preferences, energy, and constraints so you can explore your options more deliberately.
People typically leave with a clearer sense of direction and one or two manageable next steps, rather than a long list of possibilities.
What’s included
1. Love & Loathe List (pre-session exercise)
A simple but revealing exercise to help you identify what you enjoy, what drains you, and what you no longer want to tolerate in your work. This forms the basis of our session.
2. 60–75 minute one-to-one coaching session (online)
We review your Love & Loathe List together and begin to identify the criteria that should guide your next conversations, experiments, or decisions.
3. My Work Blueprint
A practical template to capture insights from before, during, and after the session. You can use this to evaluate future ideas and opportunities as they arise.
