You will first take an online assessment, which takes ~20m to complete. When the results are in, we will have a personalized debrief session where we will dive deep into your results, bring awareness to how you are currently investing your energy, how you experience stressors, and how this impacts your life and leadership. We will then pinpoint the areas that you want to evolve and improve, and begin to create a plan to do so.
