The iris is an extension of nerves from the brain, exposed to the outer world. It can reveal to us a wealth of information that we otherwise would not see. 

In this session we will examine your iris together, noticing the size, shape, colour and location of any markings, what body systems they correlate with and what the shape and colour may indicate. This is not a diagnostic tool by any means, but it is a wonderful way to explore the system and notice any areas where stagnation or weakness may be occurring. 

The type of fibres combined with the shapes in the iris  can also indicate a specific constitution or combination of constitutions. This might suggest a strong or weak immune system, varying temperaments, sensitivities, predispositions and more. Knowing your constitution can be very valuable as it can give you insights beyond health and areas to pay attention to. Specific constitutions may also benefit from specific dietary choices, flower essences and more. 

After you've sent in your iris photograph, we'll go over it together via zoom where I can screen share the analysis with you. We'll cover any areas of concern, any unique markings, the presenting constitution(s) and any herbal or dietary recommendations that support those findings.
