Discovery Program (Subscription Option)
This program is designed for survivors to feel support while we explore, establish foundations, and implement recovery goals. The first 3 sessions allow a more relaxed atmosphere for the client and coach to complete the necessary intake forms while still providing a coaching experience for the client. Our first 3 sessions will consist of 90 minutes; which will include time for coaching, administrative work, and time for the client to ask questions. Once intake paperwork is complete, we will move on to the next phase of the coaching experience.
Over the months, clients will be provided support as we explore, establish foundations, and implement goals. We will work to identify your strengths, and challenges you may face, and name behavior patterns that are keeping you from progressing. You will begin to learn tools and techniques to rescue and save yourself and begin to feel at ease overcoming obstacles while establishing new boundaries in your life. You will start to gain clarity on what you want to accomplish during our time together. We will meet 4 times per month for 60 minutes each week. All sessions are conducted over Zoom. Once you book your sessions, you will receive an invitation to the client portal and a Zoom link for your sessions.
INVESTMENT - Monthly Subscription - $375.00 (subscription continues until client cancels)
Additional sessions can be booked through the client portal.
