Breaking Free Program (Subscription Option)

This is a program for clients who desire more time in a session.  This is for survivors who want to free themselves from the grip of their past.  
 
Clients will be provided support to explore, establish foundations, and implement goals.  We will work to identify your strengths, and challenges you may face, and name behavior patterns that are keeping you from progressing.  You will begin to learn tools and techniques to rescue and save yourself and begin to feel at ease overcoming obstacles while establishing new boundaries in your life. Your confidence will grow, as will your belief in yourself.  You will gain a proper self-awareness around what you’ve suffered and how it’s affected you in all aspects of your life.  You will start to gain clarity on what you want to accomplish during our time together.  We will meet 4 times per month for 90 minutes each week.  All sessions are conducted over Zoom.  Once you book your sessions, you will receive an invitation to the client portal and a Zoom link for your sessions.  
 
 

INVESTMENT - Monthly Subscription - $500.00 (subscription will continue until client cancels)

Additional sessions can be booked through the client portal.
