This transformative journey, known as the Teen Thrive 6-Week Empowerment Package, is designed to help teens embrace their true potential and navigate the complexities of adolescence with confidence and resilience. While this program provides a foundational framework, it's important to note that the power of each session lies in helping teens navigate what's important to them. Therefore, each week may look different depending on the unique needs and experiences of each teen.

Week 1: "Discovering Who I Am"
In the opening week, teens delve into the core of their identity by exploring family values and identifying actions to empower these values. By understanding their roots, teens lay the foundation for self-awareness and personal growth.

Week 2: "Embracing Normalcy"
During this stage, teens learn about brain development and its impact on various aspects of their lives, including friendships, motivation, academic performance, and relationships with parents and self. By recognizing the normalcy of their experiences, teens gain a sense of validation and understanding.

Week 3: "Becoming the Best Version of Myself"
Teens differentiate between factors within their control and those outside of it, empowering them to shift their focus towards actionable steps to fulfill their needs and aspirations. This phase fosters a sense of agency and self-efficacy.

Week 4: "Cultivating Courage"
Teens are equipped with tools to understand the workings of their brain and reframe negative thoughts, building momentum and courage to overcome challenges. Through practice and reflection, teens develop resilience and adaptability.

Week 5: "Proving My Potential"
Setting and striving towards achievable goals, teens discover their capabilities and experience the satisfaction of success. In instances where goals are not met, teens gain insight into obstacles and develop strategies for overcoming them, fostering a growth mindset.

Week 6: "Embracing Individuality"
In the final week, teens celebrate their journey of self-discovery and growth, recognizing that they are not broken but equipped with the tools to navigate their unique paths. With newfound confidence and resilience, teens emerge empowered to embrace their individuality and thrive in all aspects of their lives.

“ Our teen seemed lighter and more confident. She had been shutting herself in her room every afternoon and evening but began doing her homework on the kitchen table - which was really lovely.
