The 6 month Mindful Alignment Package is a personal deep dive to uncover what your stress triggers are and how to manage them.  By doing this you move steadily towards your goals in a mindful and healthy way so that you can function at the highest level in your best health.

By living a more mindful life that is in line with our values with a focused plan, we can fully transform our thinking and therefore our lives. 


You will learn:

  • How increasing gratitude can increase your happiness and life satisfaction decreasing stress and anxiety. 
  • What the stress response is and how it works.
  • The specific steps to take to calm and reset in times of heightened or chronic stress
  • How life dissatisfaction and frustration cause stress and imbalance within your life and body and what to do about it. 
  • How to live a life that is in line with your values that will get you on track to living your dream life 
  • How the subconscious mind works and how you can use it to your advantage.
  • How to increase your focus and concentration and become aware of the subconscious thought patterns that are keeping you stuck and stressed.
  • How to set realistic goals to live a life that is fulfilling and exciting
  • How to stick to those goals by focusing on the process and working closely with me each week. 

I will support you by working with you through my Mindful Living Planner each week so that together we can uncover and unpack the thoughts feelings and beliefs that are holding you back from living your best life.
