The manager coaching course is a 12 week course to help managers get control of their time, people, and results. A custom workbook/journal is included, as well as video lessons, books and other resources, and a weekly 45 minute coaching call. We'll discuss everything from setting expectations, maintaining accountability, and having hard conversations. We take the hardest aspects of managing and make them doable.
