Life Coaching - "Let's Dive Deeper: Three-month package.
When you're ready to begin, this package offers a 20-minute consultation, then you will be able to schedule your twelve, 50-minute sessions over the next three months. In addition, you will receive weekly check in emails from your coach, and you will have access to a messaging option to contact your coach during the month to address any issues that may require "in the moment" consultation.
This package includes
- 20-minute onboarding call
- Discuss first steps in coaching
- Discuss your initial goals
- Answer any questions
- Schedule your first 50 minute coaching call
- Four, 50 minute sessions per month, twelve sessions total for the package. Each session is scheduled weekly by the client on the website.
- 1 follow up email after each weekly session sent by Heather within 48 hours. Clients will have the opportunity to respond and ask any follow up questions needed or get clarification on any topics discussed in the previous session (limited to a reasonable number of responses by the coach)
- Each session is done via Zoom, or telephone call at the client’s choice.
- Client has the priority to book days/times that work best for them and access to an online calendar
- This is the only package that offers text or voice message support with Heather. This option is offered Tues, Wed, and Thurs between the hours of 10 AM - 5 PM.
- You may text or voice message Heather outside of these days and hours but please note you are not guaranteed to get a response outside of the listed hours. (Limited to 1 text thread of a reasonable length per listed day). Heather has 24 hours in which to respond to messages sent during the scheduled days/times.
