Mediation Services -
All mediations require all of the involved parties to sign a consent to mediate.
 All consent forms and waivers will be signed prior to the scheduled consolations.
 (If the mediation includes minors, a signature of a parent/legal guardian is required).
Prior to the first mediation the mediator will have a consultation with each party involved. This is a 20-minute consultation and will be conducted via the phone or zoom separately with each party.  (Each party must book their consolation after the mediation is scheduled and paid for).
Mediations will be booked in 4-hour time slots. There is a 4-hour minimum charged for all mediations. 
There is no guarantee that an agreement will be reached. If the conflict is not resolved in the first 4-hour time slot parties can continue to book additional time slots as needed to resolve the conflict.
