Through 1:1 coaching, you'll have a trusted partner who will ask empowering and thought-provoking questions to uncover what you truly want to achieve, what obstacles might be hindering your progress, and how you can overcome them.
In each session, we'll focus on a specific goal or outcome that aligns with your personal or business objectives. You will also be provided with resources and tools along the way to ensure that your new ways of thinking and behaviors are sustained.
What you will need to commit to in order to ensure success:
- Openness to challenging your current thinking and assumptions
- Willingness to identify thoughts and feelings that are leading to actions and behaviors
- Coming with a specific goal or outcome you'd like to achieve by the end of our session
- Commitment to actions at the end of each session, accountability for completing the actions
- Arriving on time to each session
- Dedicated focus in our hour together
