  • Six 1:1 High Impact bi-weekly sessions (1x90 mins and 5x60 mins long). These are very focused sessions with pre-session work; questionnaires and homework. 
  • Accountability through emails between sessions. I'm available for all my clients throughout our work together.  You will be able to ask me questions about our sessions or homework and I will respond within 24 hours. 
  • A dedicated project on Basecamp to stay organized and on task.
  • Guides, PDFs, and tutorials for setting up your online presence (Psychology Today, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, etc.)
