You will engage in peer discussions, personal reflection, and thought-provoking activities to increase your motivation and fuel your goal progress. You will also have the opportunity to receive individual coaching from me in the group context.
The group meets every other week over three months for a total of 6 sessions. Each session is 60 minutes in length. A workbook is provided for in-between session activities to super charge your goal progress. Groups are limited to a maximum of 15 individuals to ensure personalized attention for all participants.
