Exploratory Conversation (50 min)
Exploratory Conversations with New Atlas are a no-pressure, no-gross-sales-pitch zone. We're simply getting to know one another a bit, and in the process we're listening and looking for two essential elements to a strong coaching partnership: match and vibe. (Yes, your possible executive coach said "vibe." It's a thing!)

- What brings you to this call? (Match) What are you looking for from an investment in coaching? Laura will want to know what's happening (or not) in your life, leadership, work, organization, etc. that has you seeking out a coach.
- How does coaching at New Atlas go? (Match) Laura will talk through how coaching with New Atlas works, and she's happy to answer any questions you have about coaching in general, coaching with her, or both.
- How would we like to proceed from here? (Match + Vibe) By the end of the call, you'll/ we'll land in one of three spots:
- It's clear we're a "go." We're both excited, and we both feel great about a partnership. We'll discuss next steps, and off we'll go!
- One or both of us will see that Laura's approach and what you're needing may not be a great fit. That's okay! We're not into force-fitting at New Atlas, and there are many deeply skilled coaches out there. Laura will provide any suggestions she may have for your next steps in moving forward on your exploration, and she may even know another possible coach for you to contact next.
- You may be feeling pretty good about becoming a New Atlas client but also want to take some time to sleep on it, maybe talk with other coaches, confirm the coaching policies with your organization, etc. That's okay, too! We'll determine a "by when" date you'll let Laura know if you want to move forward or not.
(Vibe) All throughout, we're both not only listening for, "Is what you're wanting a match for Laura's coaching?" but we'll also be feeling out, "Is our connection easy and clear? Is this someone I want to work with? Is the connection between us a good one?"
So that's it. It's a formula that's never let us down since 2006. And it won't let you down, either.
