On Demand Fitness (3 Month)
This on demand program is great if you want to keep the momentum going after the challenges and prefer having a little more structure to your routine (if you haven't done a challenge that's okay too, this could help build momentum until the next one launches), if you like the support from a group, want an easy way to stick to your health and fitness goals and/or love working with and supporting your fav trainer this is a great option to choose ;) I am super excited to be offering this on demand program and anything I can do to help you on your journey, know I am ready and willing to do so. 

Just a few extra notes...you can organize your calendar any way you would like, you will see a suggested workout 3 days a week but if those days don't work for you just drag and drop them to a day it does. If that workout isn't your vibe or you found another one you want to try, then just swipe the suggested one away and schedule the one you want to do. You also have the option to set up (or keep going with) personal habits that you can track, just let me know what you want to track and I will get them on your profile to mark off.  An example is if you want to hit 10K steps a day, or you want to focus on your hydration and have a way to track the days you complete that task/habit I can build those into your program for you. Although this package doesn't have a nutrition coaching aspect, if you ever want me to double check food logs or have macro questions I am happy to help, but please ask in the group chat just tag me so I see it. I can also give you access to a free in app macro tracker if you want to log/track your foods or if you prefer you can link your MFP. Again, just let me know if you need any help or want to track in a certain way so that I can set up your profile to best meet your needs.

Please keep the group chat a positive and encouraging place where everyone can be themselves. No judgement on what others are eating, what workouts they are or are not doing etc. we are women supporting women and I will only have like minded people in this group. We are all here for different reasons and regardless we will support one another and only be kind when communicating with one another. I want our chat to be a safe place to ask the "stupid questions", to share the highs and lows, to post the photos without shame and embrace your own journey and experiences while encouraging others to do the same. This is where you can be real and open and yourself, got it? I know you do...
