15min to 30 min in session: Set the Vision (Identifying goals)
30min to 50 min in session: Coach Through (Identifying priorities and milestones)
50min to 60 min in session: Commit to action and accountability; setup next session.
Of course these times are not concrete; however, we will cover as much as we can in the time allotted.
