Drawing from personal experiences and extensive expertise in transformational coaching, we aim to help parents navigate the challenges of parenting and build strong, loving relationships with their rebellious teens.

• The program is delivered through a combination of weekly scheduled Zoom calls, personalized coaching sessions, personal reflective homework, unlimited email access, and access via text. •  Along with weekly scheduled Zoom calls, parents will have access to unlimited email support and communication via text. Additionally, they can bring their teen into coaching sessions during the final weeks, if desired, for more comprehensive support.
