WHAT: A 5-Session, Unleashing Creativity Mini Workshop using(among other things) the book, The Artist's Way, by Julia Cameron as the catalyst for unleashing our creativity over the 5 week program.
Coach Jen will be facilitating this beautiful group with specific themes for each of the 5 weeks with the following intentions:
Week 1. Recovering a sense of Safety to begin letting our guards down and tapping back into who we really are without judgement or expectation
Week 2. Recovering a sense of Identity in discovering who you are now, who you came here to become (it's exciting!)
Week 3. Recovering a sense of Power as you remember all that you are!
Week 4. Recovering a sense of Integrity; going from defaulting to saying 'it's okay' to learning how to confidently express our truth to ourselves first and foremost.
Week 5. Recovering a sense of Possibility- where people pleasing and putting more importance on 'being good' vs showing up authentically will have opportunity for exciting shifts-opening new doors into discovering your purpose, passion and next steps!
HOW/FORMAT:
- 1 30 minute private clarity/coaching call with Jen to be held within the duration of the program
- 5 60-75 minute Live Zoom Calls. Thursdays @ 7pm eastern
Dates: 8/10, 8/31, 9/7, 9/21, & 10/5

EXPECTATIONS: Personal growth and expansion is a unique journey for each of us. It requires showing up, consistently for ourselves even when it's scary & uncomfortable. I promise you, you are entering into a safe, fun and uplifting space here that will push you at times as this is the only real way we grow! Whether you are a beginner on your personal growth journey or quite seasoned, it's perfect. There is no judgement or comparison. We are all exactly where we are meant to be.
My only expectation is that you will do your best to show up for YOU and for the group and do the exercises I will be sharing, to the best of your ability!
INTENDED OUTCOMES: For those who commit to our 5 session mini-workshop, show up for themselves consistently and do the work, I have every belief that you will gain new clarity, greater confidence, increased self belief, a wider vision for what is possible for you, inspiration to continue moving forward and for some of you, perhaps a clear plan of action will begin to emerge in this short time.

It's important to note that sustainable personal growth is a process that takes place over time. While this is a fabulous place to jump in and begin to make shifts, commitment to your growth is a long term, never ending process and the most important project you could be invest in!!
