In this 12-week coaching series, we will:
- Connect deeply with yourself and get clear on what you truly want to achieve.
- Set some powerful and exciting goals that are aligned with who you are and what you truly desire.
- Map out where you're at with each of your goals. Know that wherever you are is the perfect starting point.
- Identify any conditioning, stories and fears that may be blocking you from your truest self and highest potential.
- Break through any blocks by setting soul-aligned and strategic actions that will motivate you and keep you on track session after session.
- Create and nurture habits/routines that support you in achieving your goal
- Identify opportunities for creativity and further growth
- Identify opportunities for soul-aligned service or contribution
- Dive into Rewilding exercises based on your goals and needs
Each sessions are 2 weeks apart and there will be actions and homework for you complete between sessions. I love to add a challenge or two to help you fully integrate and embody your Sacred Fearless Rewilding. Don't worry, it will be fun and nothing that you can't handle! I will be with you the entire way.
There will be milestone check-ins and email support between our catch-ups to keep the momentum going.
